As a life coach and facilitator, my mission is to work with you to find joy and to give joy while navigating this bumpy road we individually and collectively travel. I aim to empower others to shine their brightest light so that we all may glow a little brighter – which is the only way she knows to change the world. People who work with me are ready to expand, willing to be vulnerable, and eager to grow. They find more of themselves within healthy boundaries and beliefs.
