In my journey towards earning a black belt in karate, I learned some powerful lessons about boundaries, self-respect, and empowerment. I initially joined the class with the intention of learning how to protect myself from the dangers I faced as a woman in the world. However, I soon realized that the most important lesson was how to set and maintain boundaries. Listen here!
